Fuji Product Price Increase

Starting July 1st of this year, Fuji raised our pricing once again. To date, its their largest increase to us ever. They raised our paper pricing by 25% and our chemical costs by 10%. We held out as long as we could, but as of 4pm July 31st, all Fuji product we be increasing due to this price increase. Please see the ROES ordering software for the most current pricing while the web site is updated during the first week of August.

    Fuji Matte (N Surface)

    New to our line of photographic prints is the Fuji Professional Crystal Archive Matte N Surface paper. Just like the other silver halide papers, Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type Matte N has lifelike color reproduction resulting in accurate and vibrant colors with a "true-to-life" look. Superb color image stability that makes it Fujifilm's longest lasting papers yet. Excellent skin tone reproduction that captures the diversity of skin tones faithfully, as well as ideal gradation balance delivering neutral and deep blacks and unbiased grays over the entire density range. This paper has no back printing or water marking, ideal for artists and photographers looking for this quality. Printed on our Durst Theta 76HS only.

  • Normal in house turn around times are 3 to 4 business days.
  • 8 bit per channel RGB JPEG or Tiff Files ONLY.
  • Printed on Fuji Professional Crystal Archive Matte silver halide papers and processed in Fuji Professional Digital RA-4 Chemistry.
  • The Matte (N Surface) is a matte finish with no watermark or back printing on the backs of the prints.
  • Printed on our Durst Theta 76HS.

A few key facts about the ROES Web ordering system:

1- You can only use Google Chrome or Safari

2- If you are ordering from tiff files, you can only use Safari, Chrome has a known issue with tiff files that Google has yet to fix

3- Only order from 8bit RGB files

4- The login Section at the top of the screen is NOT currently used.

ROES DESKTOP
Click on the above Icon to download and install the ROES Desktop application. 

A few key facts about the ROES Desktop system:

1- The application is Java based that will download and will run on either a PC or MAC.

2 - The Desktop application is ideal for clients ordering from a large quantity of images or very large sized files.
