As some of you have already found out, my mother, Eleanor Reuther was killed in a car accident on September 17th. To say we are devastated and shocked is an understatement. My mother meant a lot to everyone, her tragic loss is devastating on so many levels. Please be patient with us through this very trying time. I was already short handed in the front office and now I lost her not only as a mother, but as trusted employee too, she handled all the bookkeeping and back office work for the business. If you need to reach us, please use email. I am unable to answer the phones and continue to run production, so for the near future, email is best. Use the support form on our site if you need to touch base with us. Lastly, a few of you have emailed me about if we are still working and accepting orders and the answer is a resounding YES! We need the business to keep coming in, please do not hold off or hesitate on placing an order with us. All I do ask is that for very large orders, check with us on our turn around times, we are dealing with some issues with Fuji back ordering certain papers on us recently, putting us in a little bit of a bind on certain sizes.
